2. Client's Use
Once you've made contact, we'll discuss the purpose of the appraisal report. It could be for pricing a property for sale, securing financing, or assessing the value of an estate. Estate settlement appraisals, often known as "date-of-death appraisals," fall under this category.
3. Needs Assessment
We'll work with you to gather essential information to determine the most suitable appraisal type for your specific needs.
4. Engagement Agreement
You'll receive an engagement letter outlining our services and associated costs.
5. Client Agreement and Payment
Upon agreeing to our terms, you'll simply confirm your consent via email and make your payment through either Zelle or by check.
6. Commencement of Work
Once your payment and agreement are in place, we'll get to work.
7. Property Visit
